Operation and usage method:
1. Check the power switch of the instrument and place it in the disconnected position.
2. Connect the power plug wire properly, and it should be noted that there must be a good grounding wire inside the power socket to ensure safety.
3. Turn on the power switch, and the four temperature controllers will display the temperature of the cold slot from left to right

4. According to the requirements of the experiment, set the temperature of the cold trap according to the operating instructions of the thermostat. (For the operation and use of the thermostat, please refer to the attached manual).
5. The instrument runs for about 5 minutes, and the bath temperature begins to gradually decrease. When the bath temperature reaches the initial constant temperature control point, it will fluctuate around the set temperature, and this fluctuation will gradually decrease, reaching a constant temperature in about 5 minutes.
6. Please refer to the methods in GB/T3535 and GB/T6986 for the testing steps of pour point and cloud point.
7. Please refer to the GB/T510 method for the test steps of condensation point, but please note:
(1) According to the design of the instrument, please use the fourth tank for the condensation point test bath.
(2) After injecting an appropriate amount of alcohol into the test hole, place it into the pour point test tube. Be careful not to inject too much or too little to ensure the normal use of the instrument.
(3) When the cold trap needs to be tilted at 45 degrees, you can manually turn the cold trap to 45 degrees
On the contrary, the process of replying to 90 degrees should also be operated in the same way. (5) After the cold trough is tilted 45 degrees, the digital time relay will automatically start timing work. At 60 seconds, the instrument will sound an alarm prompt, and when the cold trap returns to 90 degrees, the alarm sound will stop.
