The remote voltage resistant lifting platform adopts an insulated gantry structure, and a lifting trolley is installed in the middle of the gantry to lift the insulation rod for voltage resistance testing.
·Functional Features
The effective height of the gantry meets the requirements of the test length standard and can be used for testing the entire insulation rod.
The gantry is supported by 2 sets of 4 post insulators, and connected laterally with steel plate fittings to form a whole.
The middle of the insulated pillars on both sides has insulated tracks, on which the crane trolley can slide.
The top has a pressure equalization cover to reduce partial discharge.
The lifting trolley is lifted by high-quality insulated ropes and operated remotely to ensure good insulation of high voltage.
The crane trolley has 8 workstations, which can suspend 8 insulation rods at a time. Each workstation can measure leakage current and transmit the test data to the test bench through infrared communication. The test bench can display 8 leakage currents and battery levels in real time.
The pressure resistant platform is equipped with a laser rangefinder and a laser ruler, which can accurately set the test length.
The crane trolley moves to the lower side, and the equipment can be charged.
The lower part of the insulation rod is equipped with a dedicated stainless steel test clamp, which is connected to the ground and measures the leakage current simultaneously.
