The insulation rod withstand voltage lifting platform has three specifications according to different test voltages. The device has a circular structure, which saves space and can test 6-8 insulation rods at once.
·Functional Features
1) The test platform has three structures: 100kV, 250kV, and 450kV (220, 330), which can be used for testing the entire insulation rod.
2) The 100kV lifting platform is a top electrode voltage equalization ring lifting structure, with a grounding electrode at the bottom, suitable for voltage withstand testing of insulation rods for 10~35kV live work.
3) The 250kV lifting platform is fixed with a top electrode voltage equalizing ring, and the lower grounding electrode can be raised and lowered, suitable for voltage withstand testing of 10-110kV insulation rods.
4) The top of the 450kV lifting platform is equipped with a fixed high voltage equalizing ring, and the lower grounding electrode is also fixed. The middle high voltage electrode equalizing ring can be adjusted up and down, suitable for insulation pole withstand voltage testing of 330kV and below.
5) There are 8 workstations on the high-voltage equalizing ring, with a spacing of not less than 0.5 meters, and 8 insulation rods can be hung at a time. (Multiple workstations can be customized)
6) The lower grounding electrode ring has a 50mm wide grounding electrode for easy grounding of the test sample.
7) The test length is controlled by a button or remote control, with two speeds of fast and slow, making it easy to accurately adjust the pressure resistance length.
