Functional Features
The insulation rod bracket is suitable for overall or segmented testing of insulation rods ranging from 10 to 500kV.
The bracket is designed with 3 sets of electrodes and a two-stage withstand voltage structure, which can perform withstand voltage tests on two insulation rods at once.
The electrode adopts a combination of groove type conductive foam, which can fully achieve the enveloping contact effect. The self-locking opening and closing structure facilitates the loading and unloading of test samples, improving work efficiency.
The middle electrode is a fixed main electrode connected to high voltage, and the auxiliary electrodes on both sides are grounded. The auxiliary electrodes can be electrically driven to synchronously expand or merge towards both sides.
The electric mechanism is controlled by buttons or wireless remote control, and is equipped with fine adjustment control for precise distance adjustment.
The test bracket has a ruler scale, which allows for intuitive and accurate distance adjustment.
Test voltage rated test voltage: 150kV suitable for overall testing of 35kV insulated poles, segmented testing of 220kV and below insulated poles
Enhanced rated test voltage: 200kV suitable for overall testing of 63kV insulated poles, segmented testing of 500kV and below insulated poles
