The insulation rod bracket is suitable for the overall withstand voltage test of insulation rods of 35kV and below.
The bracket is designed with 2 sets of electrodes and a two-layer placement structure. Each layer can accommodate 10 insulation rods, and a withstand voltage test can be conducted on 20 insulation rods at a time.
The electrode adopts a special-shaped conductive foam, which can fully achieve a wrap around contact effect and meet the requirements of insulation rod testing with a diameter of 25-50mm.
One end electrode is a fixed main electrode, and the other end electrode can be electrically driven to adjust the test length.
The test bracket has a ruler scale, which allows for intuitive and accurate distance adjustment.
