Main functions
1) Insulation rope test bracket is used for power frequency withstand voltage test of insulation rope test samples
2) The voltage withstand length can be adjusted to 400, 500, and 600mm, suitable for the voltage withstand test of 10-35kV insulated ropes
3) The experimental electrode is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which is extruded and polished to form a bright surface without damaging the test sample.
4) The test bracket adopts electric drive winding rope, with infinitely adjustable speed and easy operation.
5) Adopting a foot switch with forward and reverse control, saving manpower.
6) Equipped with a clutch, the insulation rope can be freely disassembled after the test is completed.
7) The insulated rope wheel disc has self-locking function to ensure accurate working position.
8) The bracket is equipped with casters for easy mobility.
9) For the convenience of disassembling the insulated rope, an electric rope winding device can be equipped separately.
