The live working shielding cover has various structural forms, and the withstand voltage test requires the production of high adhesion inner and outer electrodes according to the shielding cover structure. The traditional way of processing and manufacturing is to use aluminum metal, but due to the surface oxidation treatment of aluminum products, wear and tear may occur over time. Once worn during use, aluminum powder and aluminum oxide will fall off onto the shielding cover. After testing, conductive powder will be carried on the surface of the shielding cover, causing a decrease in its insulation performance. The decrease in insulation performance will directly threaten the personal safety of live working personnel.
