HB2680XS Safety Tool Container Testing Equipment

The live working tool test vehicle developed by our company uses an electric box truck as the carrier of the test equipment. The electrical and mechanical test equipment for live working tools are installed on the test vehicle to form a complete live working tool test system. All test equipment is completely fixed on the test vehicle. During the testing of live working tools, the top of the test vehicle can be raised and the side compartments can be unfolded to form a working surface, meeting the safety distance for high-voltage testing. Therefore, the safety tool testing vehicle can immediately start the testing work after arriving at the destination, without the need to dismantle the relevant testing equipment under the vehicle, greatly improving work efficiency and saving work time.
  • Detailed Description

The testing vehicle has three workstations, allowing for simultaneous operation and improved work efficiency. The live-line working tool testing system can perform electrical tests on live-line working tools and electrical safety equipment, including insulated boots, gloves, rods, voltage detectors, ropes, mats, clothing, and boom lifts. It can also perform mechanical tests on safety helmets, safety belts, foot straps, climbing boards, and ladders.

The testing vehicle is equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system, featuring a large LED display showing test items and operating status, and a wireless safety protection system, forming a complete safety protection system.

The live-line working tool testing system uses an automatic testing method, with comprehensive operation prompts and standard query functions. The system can automatically determine whether the test items are qualified.

The test vehicle uses a Foton truck chassis, modified into a box-type special operation vehicle. The carriage is a fully enclosed structure. The right side of the carriage can be unfolded to a horizontal position, and the top of the carriage can be hydraulically raised. Four hydraulic outriggers are installed at the bottom to ensure the stability of the carriage during operation. All operations are completed using hydraulic mechanisms.

The front of the test vehicle is equipped with an HB2666ZC multi-functional combined mechanical testing device and a safety helmet impact and puncture device. The right side is equipped with an HB2680YW circulating water-filled insulating boot and glove withstand voltage test platform and an insulating mat test platform, separated from the high-voltage test platform by a window on the right side, allowing for simultaneous testing. The left side high-voltage test platform unfolds into a high-voltage test area, equipped with a YDQC-20/250 SF6 gas-filled test transformer to meet 110kV safety tool withstand voltage testing requirements.

The test vehicle is equipped with an HB2680YZ folding combined insulating rod, a voltage detector test bracket, and an insulating rope test bracket. The HB2680YZ foldable combination insulating rod and voltage detector test stand can be unfolded during testing. Depending on the test sample, it can be configured with three testing modes: insulating rod, 10~35kV voltage detector, and 66~220kV voltage detector, meeting the testing needs of different samples. After the test, the test stand can be folded up and raised via a hydraulic mechanism, sealing the side panels of the test vehicle.

Once the top of the test vehicle is raised, a large color LED display screen mounted on the top faces the test area. During the test, it can display the test items and the working status of the test process, ensuring the safety of high-voltage testing personnel. Multiple cameras are also installed on the top and other parts of the test vehicle, and columnar speakers are installed at the front and rear of the test vehicle to achieve omnidirectional audio-visual extension.
